Art for Aylesham is happening on Saturday 4 October, 2–6pm at SET Social, hosted by Aylesham Community Action.
Show your support for Peckham’s community with an afternoon full of art and workshops, and help raise vital funds for @acapeckham’s campaign against the proposed redevelopment of the Aylesham Centre on Rye Lane. Every ticket, artwork and donation will go directly towards ACA’s £50,000 legal fund for the upcoming public inquiry, helping to ensure the community’s voice is heard.
The afternoon will include a pop-up art exhibition, ceramics and crochet sales, life drawing and colouring-in, a long-format photography workshop, hands-on crafts, and more. All ages and skill levels are welcome, no experience or materials needed.
Workshops include: 🔹Long-format photography workshop (£50, ticketed, limited spaces) 🔹Peckham Life Drawing workshop (£10 or pay-what-you-can, ticketed, some tickets available on the door) 🔹 All other activities are drop-in, no booking required.
